The skill menu does not refresh after a plugin toggle

Enabling or disabling a plugin on the Plugins page now updates the skill list in sessions that are already open.

After upgrading, enable or disable a plugin, then reopen the / menu in an existing session and check the skill list. If it remains stale, record the DSH version, plugin name and reproduction steps.

A failed terminal retries when you switch panels

Alpha.5 reduces duplicate queries when DSH creates or restores multiple terminals. It also prevents a failed terminal from retrying repeatedly when you switch panels.

After upgrading, switch terminal panels and check whether repeated retries still occur. If they do, record the DSH version, terminal error and panel-switch sequence.

• Fixes Page Up shifting the interface left on Windows and Linux when the right sidebar is collapsed.
